TEACHER

1999-2004: Bachelor's degree in
English English Teacher with
emphasis on secondary education.
2009: Licensed Public Translator.
2022: English Technician with
emphasis on grammar.
2023: Specialist in English Language
Didactics. 2024: Currently pursuing a master's
degree in English Language Didactics, with
emphasis on online teaching.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The course explores the core ethics and values of humanity, addressing
personal, organizational, and societal conflicts. It delves into ethical
codes and the social responsibility of organizations in both local and
global contexts.

In today's dynamic global landscape, the intersection of ethics, values,

and social responsibility stands as a cornerstone of individual and
collective behavior. As first-level Bachelor's students embarking on your
academic journey, understanding these foundational principles is
paramount.

Ethics, the moral compass guiding our decisions and actions, delineates
what is right and wrong in various contexts. Values, deeply ingrained
beliefs that shape our perceptions and behaviors, play a pivotal role in
ethical decision-making. Together, ethics and values serve as guiding
lights, influencing personal and professional conduct.

Moreover, social responsibility underscores our obligation to contribute

positively to society. Whether in business, academia, or everyday life,
acknowledging our impact on communities and the environment is
essential. Embracing social responsibility empowers individuals to
effect meaningful change and foster a more equitable world.

OBJECTIVES
GENERAL OBJECTIVES: To introduce students to the fundamental
concepts of ethics, values, and social responsibility and their relevance
in personal and professional life.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: By the end of the session, students will be able
to define ethics, values, and social responsibility and recognize their
importance in society.
Upon completion of the course, the participant will have competencies
such as:

2. Identifying personal, organizational, and societal conflicts.
