A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HON. FERDINAND ALEXANDER “SANDRO” A.


MARCOS, REPRESENTATIVE OF THE 1ST DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS
NORTE, TO PROVIDE ONE (1) SERVICE VEHICLE TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF
TRANSPORTATION IN ALL BARANGAY-RELATED OPERATIONS AND SERVICES.
Be it adopted in session assembled that:

WHEREAS, the Barangay has no serviceable patrol car operating to be utilized by the
Barangay Officials and functionaries as service vehicles for social and humanitarian needs in
times of medical emergencies. Likewise, they are used for the maintenance of peace and order,
for rescue and relief operations during times of calamities and others.

WHEREAS, there is a need to request for service vehicle to be able to provide transportation of
all Barangay Officials and functionaries.

WHEREAS, after a thorough deliberation, the members of the Sangguniang Barangay approved
the consensus of the said matter.

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member, HON. MIKE LORENCE
A. BATUYONG and Sangguniang Barangay Member HON. DIONISIO JR. C. DUMALAG duly
seconded by all, it was;

RESOLVED IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the HON. FERDINAND ALEXANDER


“SANDRO” A. MARCOS, Representative of the 1st District of the Province of Ilocos Norte, to
provide one (1) service vehicle to ensure availability of transportation in all Barangay-related
operations and services.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the office of the 1 st District
Representative of the Province of Ilocos Norte for his information and appropriate approval.

APPROVED this 21st day of January 2024, at Barangay Session Hall of Barangay #21
Dadaeman, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.
