Hi guys,

Nice to meet you! My name´s Leidy, and I´m 39 years old. I am a teacher. I am from Bucaramanga, but
now I live in Barranquilla, and I love it. I live near the university with my husband. Our apartment is
small. There are only two bedrooms, but it’s very beautiful and cozy. It also has a nice view to the river.

My neighborhood is very peaceful and convenient. There are several supermarkets, drugstores,
restaurants and grocery shops, but there aren’t any bus routes that can take me directly to the university,
so I always carpool.

During this quarantine, my routine is a little different, for example: I often wake up at 6 o’clock in the
morning, but I don’t get up until 7am. While I get ready for work, my husband makes breakfast. He
doesn’t have a job at the moment, so he helps me a lot with the housework. After breakfast, I brush
my teeth and go to my study room to start work. I usually plan my classes, check students’ work, design
materials, attend virtual meetings or training sessions, receive and make phone calls. Because my
synchronous sessions with my students are often at midday, I have lunch late, that is after 2 pm.

In the evening, I sometimes do exercise, take a shower, cook dinner, watch the news, talk with my husband
about different topics, and meditate for an hour or so. Then, I go to bed at 10 or 11 pm.

On weekends, I like to rest more, but I also spend time on my hobbies. For example, I enjoy watching movies
and eating pop-corn. I usually read a book for pleasure, call my family and friends, prepare special dishes, take
care of my plants, write, sing, dance, among others. I never get bored.

I consider myself a very organized person with several skills. I am a pretty and intelligent woman, happy to
live in this city and have a job that I love. I’m also lucky to have a tall, well-built, smart and good husband
that supports me in everything I do.

I hope this quarantine teaches you a lot too.

Hi everyone,

My name is David, I’m 31 years old, I live in Barranquilla, I’m studying bachelor of
mathematics, my house is far of the university, but I’m going by bus.

I consider myself like a good person, smart, responsible, honest. I live with my brother, he is
an artist, he works painting pictures from home, he always helps me with my study.

I wake up at 5 am every morning. The first thing I do, I take a shower, and I brush my teeth.
After I go to room, I get dressed, and I have breakfast to be ready to go the university.
When I arrived at the university, I sometimes review my cellphone, or I see my class schedule
to go the class. I start the class at 6:30 am, and I usually finished the class at 12:30 or 2:30 pm.
As soon as the class finish, I like to go the library to study with my classmates.

Then I go to my home, and I have lunch at 2 pm. I always have a nap, after I had lunch.
I sleep for 2 or 3 hours, unless I don’t have homework. In the evening type 4 or 5 pm, I go to
play soccer in the street with some friends for 1 hours every other day, then I have dinner (I
like to eat of my daddy’s food) or I go to buy some fried. At 7 pm, I do my homework in my
computer, and I go to bed at 8 pm. In that hour I watch movies or series, and some cases I play
videogame until to be tired, and I go to bed at 9 pm.
