A RESOLUTION OF THE MINDORO STATE COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND


TECHNOLOGY FEDERATION OF STUDENT COUNCIL (MFSC) REQUESTING THE
UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT DR. LEVY B. ARAGO JR., TO ALLOW THE MFSC DEDUCT
TWO-THOUSAND- FORTY PESOS (PHP 2040.00) IN MFSC FEE FOR THE FOOD
EXPENSES FOR THE FIRST OFFICIAL MEETING OF MFSC ON OCTOBER 10,2023.

WHEREAS, the Mindoro State College of Agriculture and Technology Federation of Student
Council (MFSC) is the highest governing body of organizations in Mindoro State University;

WHEREAS, stipulated in MFSC Constitution and By-Laws where Article XIII, Section 2 provides
the Chairman has the power to call a special meeting anytime and shall notify the officers
concerned at least a week before the meeting.

WHEREAS, the MFSC is requesting the approval of deducting two-thousand-forty-pesos (Php


2040.00) in MFSC Fee for the food expenses for the first official meeting of MFSC on October
10,2023;

WHEREAS, the budgetary estimate is the following to wit;

meeting of MFSC on October 10,2023;

APPROVED on 08th day of October 2023 during the online meeting of the MFSC via Google
Meet.
