Position Overview:
• Training Period Stipend – 25k per Month
• Designation: Management Trainee (CTC: 6 LPA)
• Role: BDR , Sales , Pre Sales

Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
• Identify and qualify potential clients interested in Salesforce Consulting, Services,
and AppExchange Products.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and
goals.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our comprehensive Salesforce
solutions.
Industry Expertise:
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Financial
Services industries.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements affecting
clients in these sectors.
Solution Selling:
• Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to design and present holistic
Salesforce solutions, including AppExchange products.
• Develop and present proposals, addressing client challenges with integrated
Salesforce strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that encompass Consulting, Services, and
AppExchange offerings.
• Understand the focused industry problems and provide business gaps to the
solution team to build solutions around to increase the revenue.
AppExchange Product Expertise:
• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce AppExchange products and their benefits.
• Position and sell AppExchange products as part of the overall Salesforce solution.
• Collaborate with AppExchange partners to enhance the product portfolio.
Pipeline Management:
• Manage and nurture a sales pipeline for Salesforce Consulting, Services, and
AppExchange Products.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
Market Awareness:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Salesforce updates to provide
relevant insights to clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build
relationships and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level
executives, IT leaders, and Salesforce administrators.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and product usage.

Collaboration with Delivery Teams:
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client
satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between sales, technical, and product teams to align on
client expectations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in selling Salesforce Consulting,
Services, and AppExchange Products.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and AppExchange ecosystem.
