I am Marie Queenz Vicente, I’m currently studying Business Administration majoring in human resources
development management. I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady
source of motivation that drives me to do my best.

2. Walk me through your resume.


Yes, of course, I started my career as a payroll assistant, where I had the opportunity to closely observe the
role of HR management. My HR manager, a remarkable leader, demonstrated the transformative impact
effective HR practices can have on employee satisfaction and organizational success. Inspired by their
leadership and the dynamic nature of HR responsibilities, I decided to further my education by pursuing a
degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Development Management at
New Era University.

3. How did you hear about this position?


I learned about this job opening when I was browsing Indeed. I was looking for the keyword 'content
specialist' and found your company right away. While the job page was a bit saturated, your job posting
stood out to me right away. The wording of the job description instantly drew a clear picture of what it's
like to work here. I would love to be a part of such a tight-knit and creative team.

As a Payroll Assistant, I addressed challenges with a new software system, resolving discrepancies through

In a prior role as a payroll assistant, I led the team in implementing a new payroll system. I organized
training, addressed concerns, and facilitated communication. Through collaboration, we successfully

In my previous role, a decision was made to implement a new scheduling software without input from the
