Method to using them:
Annual maintenance:
Pre-filter: Pre-filter is suggested to do the maintenance every 3 months. It will take
approximately 10 minutes. It is suggested to replace the pre-filter every 10000 tests.
Rotor: Rotor is the spare parts inside the six-way valve. Six-way valve is suggested to do the
maintenance every 3 months or every 6000 tests. It is suggested to replace the rotor every 15000
tests.
Probe: Probe is suggested to do the maintenance every day. It is suggested to do the
maintenance every 20000 tests.
Diaphragm: It is suggested to replace the diaphragm every 15000 tests.
Spring seal: It is suggested to replace the spring seal every 15000 tests.
Plunger rod assembly: It is suggested to replace the Plunger rod assembly every 30000 tests.
Post filter assembly: Post filter assembly is needed to cleaned every 6 months. It is suggested to
replace the Post filter assembly every 20000 tests.
Swab: It is suggested to replace the swab in every 20000 tests.

Optional Accessories:
1. Cleaning solution: Used to clean the outer wall of the probe, dilution tank and machine
surface.
2. Lubricating oil: Used to lubricate the 2D arms
3.Six way valve disassemble tools: Used to disassemble the six-way valve to do the six-way
valve maintenance
3. Needle: This needle can use to clean the blockage inside probe and other position.
P.S.:Every engineer is recommended to prepare one set of these accessories, if it's enough, you
can choose not to include these.
