Important Instructions:

4. Academic Performance: Applicants must carry all the qualification-related documents (class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result) to the selection process for verification
5. The time for the selection process is auto-generated by the system based on the date opted for by the applicant. Therefore, any request for changes will not be entertained.
6. You are requested to check your application status for all your selection process details.
7. No EMAIL OR SMS communication will be sent about ET_SA_MP_PI date and time update.
8. Selection process will be held in person at the venue on the date opted by the applicant. Applicants must prepare their travel plan as per the dates opted and can refer “Important Dates Section” to book the travel tickets well in
advance in order to avoid disappointment in losing an opportunity to appear in the selection process.
9. Candidates failing to appear for the selection process in person at the stipulated date and time will be considered as “Not Selected”.
10. It is required to have the copy of admit card and all the original marks cards and a photo identity for verification at any stage of the selection process. Failing which the application will be considered as “Not Selected”.
11. It is recommended to reach the Entrance Test centre at least 30mins before the scheduled time to avoid any last-minute technical glitches.
12. It is recommended to reach the selection process (SA_MP_PI) venue on the allotted date and at least 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated in the selection process admit card.
13. Impersonation or any suspicious behaviour (prompting by a third person or accessing notes/gadgets) will be treated as malpractice and the application will be termed as “Not Selected”.
14. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for admission rests with the student/candidate. The issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.
15. Entrance test duration: 90 Minutes except if otherwise specified.
16. Entrance Test timing will be specified in the admit card issued 2 to 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
