Dear Sir,

In reference to the above subject, we have carefully reviewed the proposed credentials of three
names of Safety consultants namely 1) GK Consulting Engineers, 2) NPEC Consultancy Pvt., Ltd.,
Consultants, 3) Third Rock Consultants Pvt., Ltd., in accordance with clause 10.1(v), Article 10
of Contract Agreement. Details are as follows.

1) GK Consulting Engineers,
a) Submitted credentials, Experience and CV’s of Key personnel found to be
satisfactory.

2) NPEC Consultancy Pvt., Ltd., Consultants,


a) Submitted credentials, Experience and CV’s of Key personnel found to be
satisfactory.

3) Third Rock Consultants Pvt., Ltd.,


a) Submitted credentials, Experience and CV’s of Key personnel found to be
satisfactory.

We found the credentials of M/s GK Consulting Engineers is found satisfactory. Therefore, we


recommend for your approval for the same subject to the following.

1. Submission of contact details for future communications.


2. He shall perform his duties in accordance with clause 10.1 (v) & (vi), Article 10 of
Contract Agreement,
