Subject: - ACQUISITION OF PROPOSED LAND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW


An ANTI-TERRORISM COURT, GUJRANWALA, COMPLEX.

Dear Sir,

In continuation of this office letter No. 854-JATC/GRW, dated 27-07-2023, please

appertain to the subject as above: a feasibility report bearing No. 2016/DB, dated 19-07-2023,

(copy attached) as a proposed piece of land for the construction of the new Anti Terrorism Court

Complex has been acquiesced by Ghulam Abbas, XEN Building Division No. 1, Gujranwala,

and Danish Ahsan. Assistant Director, Architecture Gujranwala. The proposed piece of land

bearing Khasta numbers 1878/3-15, 1879-4-0, 1880/1-0, 1881/5-0, 1882-2-0, 1883/5- 10,

1884/10-12, 1885/4-0, 1886/1-8, 1887/2-7. in Village Vanianwala, Tensil Sadar Gujranwala, is

deemed to be fit as a viable place for the construction of new Anti Terrorism Court, Gujranwala,

Complex.

Therefore, it is requested that the proposed land in the feasibility report bearing No.

2016/DB, dated 19-07-2023, (copy attached) for the construction of the New Anti-Terrorism

Court, Gujranwala, Complex may be dealt with as per law for the acquisition purpose
