Sub: Application for placement as in accordance with my qualifications and also acceptance of your Terms
& Conditions hereby.

I do hereby declare that I am hereby accepting all your terms and conditions mentioned below in my full
consciousness.

1. I am bound to pay you hundred percent of my total one month salary of CTC, to you as a Consultancy
charges, forthwith, upon appointment.
2. I agree to give you 2 (two) Post Dated Cheque (P.D.C) of my CTC before joining as consultancy fees
which shall be deposited after receiving my first & second month salary respectively.

i.e.:- 1st Installment: - 50 Percent 2nd Installment: - 50 Percent

You are at liberty to charge my Consultancy charges directly from the employer company and the said
Company shall be at liberty to pay you the said charges directly deducting from my salary account and for
that I will not claim and/or raise any claim in future either from you and/or from the company, whatsoever
in nature.
3. Once enrolled with M/s. Final Round, you agreed to the effect that your role will only be for scheduling the
interviews for me and it is made clear to me that, you are not giving any kind guarantee for placing me for
any job whatsoever.
4. I agree that any salary if received from the company upon resignation/sack in the first month of joining, I
am liable to pay 50% of the received amount to the consultancy.
5. Registration fees / Enrolment fees once paid is non refundable in any circumstances.
6. If I am unable to pay the aforesaid agreed consultancy Charges to you within stipulated period, you have
full right to initiate legal action against me, for the recovery of said money as breach of trust so committed
by me.
7. It is also made clear to me that you and/or M/s. Final Round shall not be liable if myself will be expelled
out and/or retrenched from the employer company due to non performance/or any other reason/s
whatsoever.
8. You are only responsible for providing me the lead for the Employer Company and it is very clear that
there is no guarantee from your side in respect to the job, salary, behavior or any other kind of issues, if
arisen. However, if any kind of such issue/s found by me after joining the employer company, it is for me
to inform you in writing forthwith only for the sake of your information and I shall not make hold of you
responsible for any such event and/or issue/s. And furthermore I am at liberty to enquire about the
employer company from any sources regarding any kind of issue and/or questionnaire, if any, in my, before
joining such company.
9. It is made clear to me that the Female candidates are requested to accompanied by any of their
friend/guardian/relative for the interview round.
10. Registration is valid for ________ year/months only.
11. I don’t have any objection for the video interview taken by www.finalround.co.in & shown to the other
companies from your side for the job.
12. Final Round is not liable for any kind of misbehavior/misconduct or any other issue/s from my side.

I declare that any kind of placement and/or lead made available to me by you, I shall must inform you in
writing before joining such employer company and If I join the said employer Company sooner or later
directly or indirectly, without informing you, you have a full right to initiate legal action against me.
I hereby agree with all the mentioned terms and conditions of M/s. Final Round.
