WORK EXPERIENCE

Currently working (1th Oct 2018, onwards) as Team Leader at Indegene, Bangalore –

 Business Development- Presenting core capabilities of the Indegene team to the clients and
helping Indegene win projects over other competitors. Recently we have won a big project from a
Top 10 USA based Pharma companies. Involved in RFP creation for pre-sales projects
 Conducting Interviews – Conducting interviews for campus hiring of candidates from reputed
institutes like IIT Bombay, IIT Chennai, NIT Tirchy, RV Bangalore, PESIT Bangalore
 Project Management – Currently Managing a team of 5-7 Analysts and Senior Analysts who are
working on various projects related to Predictive Modelling and Segmentation, Market-Mix-
Modelling, Tableau Dashboard Development & Business Operations, Pharmacy segmentation
analytics, Demand Forecasting etc. Regularly reviewing the deliverables. Presenting final

 Project Management – Managed a team of 3 Associates and directly working with two technical
consultants (Accenture and Infocepts) and guiding BCG (Boston Consulting Group) on India
business. The objective of this project is to serve the salesforce with a Lean Daily Management
Tool – “ASTRA” and “DISHA” (Both Programs are Active on Field). Took training sessions for
SMs, RSMs and ASMs independently to roll out these programs during Annual Meets. Co-
ordinated with Vice President, Senior Directors and Division Heads to gather requirements and
brainstormed over the project objectives, individually presented the progress and development of

 Sales Force Sizing, Deployment and Staffing– Suggested overall MR Staffing required for
Sales Force (two Sales divisions) in India along with the Optimal staffing per Head Quarter.
 KPI Tracking (Brand Insights & Promotional Activities) – Developed and operationalized
dashboards for Brand and team performances.
 Attrition Analytics/Territory management – Analytics performed in order to predict the loss of
sales due to attrition and clustering the highly impactful geographies to optimize hiring priorities
