career in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As an Engineer Trainee, you will undergo
comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in software development while working on
cutting-edge projects for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training programs to acquire skills and knowledge in software


development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions that
meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using programming languages such as Java,
C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging software issues and implementing solutions in a timely
manner.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure
project milestones are met.
• Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices related to software
development and project management.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and contribute ideas for
continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputable
institution.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse
backgrounds.
• Prior internship or project experience in software development is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
