Terms & Conditions:

❖ The engagement shall commence on 15th March, 2024 and shall continue until 20 March,
2025 unless terminated earlier by either party in accordance with the terms of this contract.
❖ The Client may request an extension of the engagement period by providing written notice
to the supplier at least 2 months prior to the expiration of the current engagement period.
Any extension shall be subject to mutual agreement between the Parties.
❖ The Client agrees to pay the approved monthly payable salary to each member of the team.
❖ Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of an invoice from the Supplier.
❖ Invoices shall be submitted by the Supplier to the Client on a monthly basis and shall include
a detailed breakdown of charges.
❖ Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information
disclosed during the course of the engagement.
❖ The Parties shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior
written consent of the other Party, except as required by law.
❖ Either Party may terminate this Proposal with 30 days written notice to the other Party.
❖ In the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Supplier for any services provided up to
the date of termination.
