Experimental-Research-Progress-Report - Form - Natividad Et Al.

The document details the researchers gathering components like a 12V battery, alternator, DC motor and other parts over multiple dates to construct a DC powered generator for experimental research. They purchased a DC motor online and received it. One researcher found a suitable alternator and pulley. They gathered all components and canvassed for pricing. Finally, a custom belt pulley and frame were made for the motor and alternator to complete the generator construction.

I. Gathering of Research Instruments Part 1
II. Date Conducted: February 10, 2024, 6:54pm - 7:30pm
In this Activity, one of the Researchers (Marc Anthonie Suico) had checked
around his locale for components that the Researchers could use for Data Gathering .
The Researcher had found a 12 volt Battery and a Car Alternator. Both are to be used
for Research. However in the 3rd picture, this Alternator could not be utilized, only
the Battery.
III. Gathering of Research Instruments Part 2
IV. Date Conducted: February 22, 2024, 8:10pm
In this Activity, The Researchers had a meeting with the agreement of purchasing
a 12 volt DC Motor online (Shopee). Where the payment would be divided into 5,
where each researcher had payed their part.

V. Gathering of Research Instruments Part 3

VI. February 27, 2024, 6:41am

In this Activity, one of the Researchers (Marc Anthonie Suico) had found an
Alternator that can be used for Research.
VII. Gathering of Research Instruments Part 4
VIII. March 1, 2024, 11:50am

In this Activity, one of the Researchers (Marc Anthonie Suico) had received the DC
Motor.
IX. Gathering of Research Instruments Part 5 and Canvassing of Materials
X. March 11, 2024, 9:57am - 11:33am

In this Activity, the Researchers (Marc Anthonie Suico, Lyan John Villafuerte,
Marc Khynt Natividad & Vince Matthew D. Ortega) had agreed to meet in our
Research Locale to gather all the components that are on hand. Moreover, the
researchers had found a Belt (101 teeth) and tried to remove the Chain Pulley to
replace such with a Belt Pulley for Research, and could not find a replacement as that
moment. The researchers then went outside to Canvas for the remaining components
for pricing and for further negotiation.
XI. Gathering of Research Instruments Part 6
XII. March 12, 2024, 7:26pm

In this Activity, the Researchers (Marc Anthonie Suico) had found a pulley and a
much more suitable belt that could be used for Research. Unfortunately the pulley
was not the right size on the DC Motor Shaft so the search for a pulley continues
XIII. Construction of the DC Powered Generator.
XIV. Date Conducted: March 16-20, 2024

In this Activity, the Researchers (Vince Matthew D. Ortega) had went to a Milling
Store on March 16 to have a Custom Belt Pulley. Afterwards, on March 18, as the
researcher received the Custom Belt Pulley he then went to a Car Mechanic Shop to
have a Custom Frame for the 12 volt DC Motor and Alternator which was received
on March 20. Additionally, a new 12 volt battery served as a replacement for the
other battery prior.
