UGC Creator Agreement

Effective date [insert date]

Parties:
[UGC CREATOR NAME]
[UGC creator’s email]

(Hereinafter referred to as ‘name’ or ‘UGC Creator’)

And

[BRAND NAME]
[Name of manager/person you have been in contact with]
[Their email]

(Hereinafter referred to as ‘the Client’ or ‘the Brand’)


(Collectively ‘the Parties’)

Deliverables:
The UGC Creator will provide [deliverables] for [brand] as agreed upon, within [agreed
time frame] reviving the product.

Payment:
The Brand will pay the UGC creator a total sum of [amount].

50% will be paid on signature of the agreement, paid within 5 days of being invoice.

50% will be paid upon the completion of services. [brand] will receive the agreed
deliverables watermarked within the agreed timeframe for approval or reform. Once the final
content is approved [brand] will be invoiced. The Brand will receive the final un-
watermarked approved content within 1 day of the final payment being received.

Ownership:
[Brand] acknowledges that the UGC Creator owns the content. The UGC Creator is free to
use the content to showcase on her social media, her portfolio, or anywhere she deems
reasonable.

Usage:
[Brand] may use this contact for organic use.

[Brand] has been granted [timeframe of paid ad usage] of paid ad usage and may use this
content in paid services for no longer than [agreed timeframe].

Should [Brand] wish to use it for longer than 3 months or any content on their website they
agree to notify the UGC creator via email at [insert your email] and negotiate a fair fee for
such use.

Revisions & Reshoots:


[Brand] will be awarded 1 complimentary revision which must be requested within 3
business days of receiving the drafted content. Any revisions requested after these three days
or exceeding the 1 complementary revision will incur a fee of 20%.
[Brand] will be awarded 1 complimentary re-shoot which must be requested within 3
business days of receiving the drafted content. Any reshoots requested after these three days
or exceeding the 1 complementary reshoot will incur a fee of 50%.

Signatures:
The Brand and the UGC creator are aware of this document’s terms and sign in fill
knowledge of its terms.
