OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION EARLY
IN THE PROJECT TIMELINE TO ENCOURAGE
DIALOGUE AND RECEIVE FEEDBACK THAT CAN
INFORM OUR PROJECT.

Changes since last submission:

• Increased retail and modified entrance locations


to better encourage activation on non-event days
and connect with the existing built environment.
• Sidewalk and entrance modifications for pre- and
post-event queues and inclusion of pedestrian
modeling analysis.
• Modal split precedent, parking allocation and traffic
management concepts from the Traffic Impact Study.
• Pedestrian and auto traffic assessment updates and
modifications to proposed street closures.
