of Present Illness:
On April 20,2023, patient started to
manifest symptoms like Fever,
Cough, Colds, and Sorethroat,
Patient underwent RT-PCR Swab
on the same date, April
20,2023@ 02:05 P. M. and the
result was released in April
21,2023 at 06:00 A. M. And it
was tested POSITIVE. She
