ABOUT NALSAR
The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (‘NALSAR’) was established in 1998 by a
Statute of the State of Andhra Pradesh. Since its inception, NALSAR has been consistently counted
amongst the top law schools of the country and strives to implement varied strategies to create a vibrant
scholastic environment. In light of the same, NALSAR has also continually endeavored to push legal
scholarship towards new paradigms by fostering a strong culture of legal journals.
ABOUT IAMC
The International Arbitration and Mediation Centre, Hyderabad (‘IAMC’), a first-of-its-kind, focuses
on assisting in the resolution of commercial and legal conflicts by providing efficient, cost-effective,
and impartial methods.
The Centre provides both Arbitration and Mediation services, by combining first-class client service,
cutting-edge technology, top-notch facilities and highly experienced arbitrators and mediators to
provide tailored, in-person, virtual and hybrid conflict resolution services.
The NALSAR-IAMC ADR Journal (‘The Journal’) is the result of the budding relationship & joint
efforts between NALSAR and IAMC. The Journal primarily endeavors to facilitate the development of
scholarship in the fields of Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution.
In furtherance of the same, the Journal aims to provide a robust platform for legal minds all over the
country to showcase their critical thinking and analytical abilities in order to positively contribute to the
emergent discourse surrounding Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution.
In light of the above, the Editorial Board is pleased to invite submissions for Volume I, Issue I of the
Journal.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS

MANDATE
All submissions made to The Journal must fall under the ambit of Arbitration Law (both domestic and
international) and / or Alternate Dispute Resolution.
Kindly note that all submissions made to The Journal must mandatorily comply with the following
guidelines:
o Body of the Submission - Times New Roman, Font Size 12, 1.5 Line Spacing,
Justified Alignment and 1-inch margins on each side.
o Footnotes - Times New Roman, Font Size 10 and Single Line Spacing.
· Authors must ensure that the submissions are original works. All submissions will be
thoroughly scrutinized for plagiarism and the finding of any plagiarized content will led to the
submission being directly rejected. Further, the decision of the Editorial Board shall be final in
this regard.
· The submissions must not contain any information which may lead to the identification of the
author/authors. Information such as the name of the author/authors, contact details, designation
and institutional affiliation must be provided separately in covering email for the submission.
Any information leading to the identification of the author/authors, if found, shall result in the
submission being rejected. Further, the decision of the Editorial Board shall be final in this
regard.
The subject of the email shall be as follows – “Submission for Volume I, Issue I | Name of the

EDITORIAL POLICY
All submissions will be subjected to a Two-Stage Blind Review Procedure. Further, all
Submissions which have been published earlier, or are under consideration for
publication, in any other place at the time of submission will be directly rejected.
Further, if a submission is accepted elsewhere while being under consideration by The
Journal, the author/authors must duly inform the Editorial Board and withdraw their
submission immediately.
The Editorial Board reserves its discretion to make any changes to the Editorial Policy,
as it deems necessary and any change so effected will be duly communicated by the
Editorial Board.
