The researchers will used the soil data gathered in the preliminary process
of the study solely for the earthquake loads. The design of the structures using
Staad Pro 2023 and will be subjected to different types of primary load cases.
These loads include Dead Loads (D), Live Loads (L), Wind Loads (W), and
Earthquake loads (E). For the application of load combinations, the researchers
will used NSCP (2015) as a basis in conjunction with the built-in function of Staad
Pro 2023 which is STAAD.Pro load combination auto generator function in the
analysis of the structures. Then, the researchers will analyze the results and weigh
if the deflection values given by the software is allowable or not with the
deflection values stated in NSCP (2015). If not, the process will undergo re-
designing of the structures and if yes, the process will proceed to the cost analysis
of the materials needed to construct the structures, this analysis is only limited to
researchers will calculate floor areas from each type of framings and will apply
