“PRESENT PERFECT TENSE”
The present perfect tense is one of the common verb tenses in English, used to show an
action that happened in the past that is directly related to the present, such as actions that are still
continuing or that indicate a change over time.

PRESENT PERFECT TENSE IS USED :


1) to express things you have done in your life (experience)
2) to express a change
3) to express achievements or result
4) to express unfinished activities

(+) Subject + have/has + past participle (V3) They have been to the mall twice this month.
She has watched that show three times this week.
(-) Subject + have/has + not + past participle (V3)
