1. Relationship between option and micro-program version


Before installing one of hardware options and using the functions described in the below, confirm
whether the stored micro-program supports the hardware option or not.
Also the corresponding control system is mandatory.

If the present micro-program versions are lower than the ones in the table above, please exchange or
update them first. (Refer to MICRO04-10.)
