Rubbed with Polish paper.

8) I learned about maximum models of Maruti Suzuki wheel alignment like Vitara Brezza,
Swift, Dzire, WagonR, Ertiga, Ciaz, Grand Vitara.

1) I have changed Cover Thermostat.
2) Changed air filter.
3) Cleaning of A/C filters.
4) I have changed the Left Rear Wheel Hub.
5) Changed Coolant Water.
6) Changed Hose Pipe which connects Radiator to Cover Thermostat and their clips.
7) Checked ABS system by GDS.

3) Changed Air Filter with help of the technician
4) Cleaned A/C filter with compressed air

2. And next Vitara Brezza Petrol

1) Brakes liners and pads checked and taught by the technician cleaning with Air and
Rubbed with Polish paper.
2) Air filter changed
3) General checking.
4) Condition of battery is checked by multimeter, it was in good condition

3. And next Maruti Suzuki Ciaz RS

1) Changed engine oil
2) Changed oil filter
3) Changed air filter
4) Changed A/C filter
5) General checking

4. And next Maruti Suzuki Ertiga new

1) Checked front disc brake, found that brakes are worn out
2) Changed brake pads.
3) Working of battery checked by multimeter

4) Checked the ECU by a Company authorized OBDI tool.

 CONCLUSION

I have successfully learned the general service of many models of Maruti Suzuki. I can perform
some troubleshooting as well as . This 6 weeks of industrial training has acquired me
knowledge and skill.
