Terms & Conditions:-

1. Price captioned must be FOR to destination including all.


2. You must mention all taxes clearly, if applicable, in your Rates.
3. 100% payment shall be made after receipt of material in full & good condition as per payment policy of RVPN.
4. Payment will be made by the Circle Accounts Officer after verification of the bill by the consignee i.e. XEN (220 KV
GSS), RVPN, Alwar.
5. You have to provide authorized dealer/distributer certificate from the original manufacturer along with Rate/
Price & price list.
6. You have to provide material within 45 days after receipt of purchase order.
7. If you fail to provide the material within stipulated time, penalty is to be charged @ 5% of the total amount of
purchase order.
08. The firm must have to execute the contract agreement within 15 days from the issuing date of detailed
Purchase order on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 1000/-.
09. Any dispute should be subjected to the court of Alwar jurisdiction only.
