Item Operation
Drawing a Building
By default, the map is displayed in a top view. You need to draw the rooftop
outline and obstacles, and switch to the 3D view to change the height of the
building or outline.
1. Double-click a map area, click , and draw the rooftop outline based on
the site requirements. Alternatively, you can quickly draw the ridge based on
the ridge type (for details, see Drawing a Ridge).
NOTE
If there are objects such as windows, skylights, and trees that affect PV module
installation and PV power generation efficiency on the rooftop, draw obstacles based
on the site requirements. For details, see Drawing Obstacles.
2. Click to switch to the 3D view. Select the outline to be adjusted and set
information such as the building height.
3. After the drawing is complete, click to switch to the 2D view, and click
Next to save the settings.
Drawing Obstacles
There may be objects such as windows, skylights, and trees that affect PV module
installation and PV power generation efficiency on or around the rooftop of a
building. You can draw obstacles based on the site requirements.
1. Double-click the rooftop, click , and place all obstacles in the required
locations properly.
3. After the drawing is complete, click to switch to the 2D view, and click
Next to save the settings.
Drawing a Ridge
After drawing the top view of a building, you can select the ridge type to quickly
draw the ridge.
1. Double-click the rooftop for which you want to draw a ridge and click Ridge
Line. The system automatically places the ridge. Adjust the ridge based on the
site requirements.
2. Click 3D to switch to the 3D view. Select the ridge whose height needs to be
adjusted and set the ridge height.
3. After the drawing is complete, click 2D to switch to the 2D view, and click
Next to save the settings.
Automatic Design
1. Select the PV module area and click Auto. The system automatically adds
inverters, optimizers, and corresponding connections based on the location
and number of PV modules.
2. Adjust the values of Target Oversizing, Inverter Model, and Optimizer
Model as required, and click Save.
3. Click Next to save the current solution.
Manual Design
1. Select the PV module area and click Manual. The system automatically adds
inverters based on the number of PV modules.
In the device list, click . In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the unit
price and click OK.
To add other devices, click Add Device. In the dialog box that is displayed, set
Device Name, Model, Quantity, and Price, and click OK.
Report Details
