DETAILS DESCRIPTION OF THE ASSESSMENTS:

1. Test 1 (20%)
Test 1 will consist of 20% of the total continuous assessment. Topics that will be
tested are Topic 1 until 4 and primarily has two major part, Part A and Part B. Part A
will consist of 20 MCQ, and Part B will test on students' articulation on the questions
(3 short essays). Marks for Part A will be converted to 5%, and Part B to 15% in
eRES. Students are compulsory to answer all questions. The execution of Test 1 will
be undertaken entirely in ufuture, under "assessment" folder. Students will be given
2.5 hours to complete the test online. Lecturers and tutors shall inform all students
through the "Announcement" application in the ufuture.

2. Tutorial Presentation (10%)

Tutorial presentation is formulated to assess the students' communication skills. The
weightage of this evaluation comprising 10% of the total continuous assessment.
Students are required to form a group of five (5), but depends on the total number of
students in a class. Students are required to do 3 concept maps on 3 questions
assigned by the tutors. There are a lot of free software to make concept map, e.g.,
coogle.it. Submission can be made in any preferred platform by the tutors.

3. Movie Review (10%)

Students are required to watch a movie of their tutor's choice in order to undertake
this assignment. Movie review tested on students' communication skills, especially in
discussing a variety of ideas and reconcile them into a form of a video report. It is a
group work of five (5), and the numbers of group members may vary according to the
total number of students per class. The tutor must guide the students with four basic
questions to form their arguments (refer to the following guide and format). In the
same vein, it could deter the students from writing a film synopsis without analysis.
Guide for movie review:

a. How does the movie make you feel?

b. What and how do you diagnose the problem/s?
c. What is the message of this movie? Do you agree or disagree with it?
(Arguments must relate with the study of organizational behavior. Suggested
resources: 3-5 related journals, textbooks, and other credible sources)
d. Based on your view, give any 4 (FOUR) suggestions in minimizing the
issues/problems occurred in the movie based on the topics that you have
learned in this course

The format of the review is as follows:

a. Students are allowed to use any video platform to create the outcome
b. Cover page of the video should consist the subject code, names and student
id numbers.
c. The answers should address all the questions above.
d. The length of the video should not exceed 5 minutes.
e. Submission through ufuture.

4. Final Test (60%)

Final test will be undertaken during the final test period and covering Topic 5 to 12. It
consists 2 parts, Part A (25MCQ), Part B (Case Study with 3 long essay questions,
please observed that some question would have division of (a) and (b), but it still
considered as one question). The weightage of the assessment comprises of 60% of
the total continuous assessment. This is an individual evaluation. Students are given
3 hours to complete all the questions in uFuture, and send a copy of the answer to
Turnitin.
