knowledge and expertise to the table. My career journey encompasses five years specializing in meticulous project
estimation and an additional year dedicated to on-site project execution. Proficient in preparing accurate Mechanical
and Plumbing (M&P) project estimations, I excel at analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and detailed
drawings to formulate precise project assessments. Moreover, I possess a comprehensive understanding of industry

Mainly work is related to proposal department but coordination with all other
disciplines plays an important role in carrying out the job more efficiently

Coordination Responsibilities / Experience:


 Preparation of BOQs with the coordination of Design and Consultancy section.
 Valued Engineering analysis of BOQs with coordination of Design department.
 Efficient Pricing and BOQ modification with coordination of both Electrical and Civil
Design departments
 Coordinating with the client/consultant, sending them clarifications/queries to clear
the concept for actual estimation.
 Highlighting all the essential information concerned to our items.
 Requesting for site visit for any further information required or for demolishing work
including in the tender.
 Co-ordination with others departments to obtain cost input, if any.

Estimation Responsibilities / Experience:


 Tendering, Estimation and procurement of Building Construction and Infrastructure
large scale projects.
 Reviewing tender documents including scope of work, BOQ, drawings and
specifications
 Enlisting all the items in the BOQ for the inquiries to be floated to suppliers.
 Floating all material inquiries to the suppliers and Negotiation on pricing.
 Preparing technical/financial comparison and compliance with the project
specifications of all received quotations to select the most suitable.
 Preparing & evaluating the net price & then finalizing it with a markup decided by
management.
 Technical and commercial Comparison of the material as per project documents.
Procurement Responsibilities / Experience:
I have procured mechanical materials for many projects. Along with materials I have also finalized
many contractors for MEP works and complete projects successfully in time.I have performed
following responsibilities.
 Prepare inquiries as per given specifications and design
 Float inquiries to all concerned vendors
 Make comparisons both technical and financial of received quotes
 Make contracts of finalized vendors and contractors
