How to Perform DSR Activity (Existing Process)

 Once RM/RA logs in to


LMS, needs to navigate to
Daily Activity->Business
Development Activity
(BDA)
 In this section, the user
can submit the routine
activities performed for
the day

 Once clicked on BDA
Activity section, the user have
the ability to select the
activity from “Activity”
dropdown
 System only allows to
submit the activity for
Hour Minute the current day
 Overlap of activities for
the same duration is not
allowed in system (If an
activity is submitted with
start and end time as
9am to 10am, then
system wont allow to
submit another activity
from 9.30am to 10.30am
as there is overall of
activity time

 Auto-Approved- If submitted activity
meets channel criteria then attendance
is auto-marked in SF
 Failed- If activity is submitted as per
channel criteria but the for the day
already regularization/leave is
submitted in SF or the day falls as
Holiday/Weekend
 Absconding- If activity is submitted as
per channel criteria but RM/RA status is
“Absconding” in SF
 User can click on a row and view the
detailed information on submitted entry

FAQ
What happens if RM/RA is absconding and submits DSR activity based on channel criteria?
In this scenario, if RM/RA performs activity and status of said user is Absconding in SuccessFactors, attendance wont be marked even
though channel criteria is met

What happens for remaining days for which criteria is not met by RM/RA?
User can submit regularization through SuccessFactors (existing process) for the days for which attendance wasn’t marked using DSR
activity

When does attendance get marked in SuccessFactors if DSR activity is submitted by RM/RA based on channel criteria for the day?
Attendance gets marked on real time and success message is displayed for the RM/RA

Who are the considered for this process?


All IB FOS (RM/RAs) are part of this new process, except newly onboarded partners, CABR, Corporate Division and Group business

Is there any restriction on time by when activity needs to be submitted in LMS?


Technically there is no restriction imposed on activity submission. While this maybe true as of now, based on channel feedback there
might be time restriction to consider activity in the future.

What is the action required from Manager end in LMS?


No action is required from Manager in LMS. Manager is expected to action on the regularization request in SuccessFactors which are
submitted by RM/RA (as per current process)

FAQ
What happens if RM/RA submitted activity which is not part of channel criteria?
In this scenario, Attendance won’t be marked for the RM/RA in SuccessFactors (SF)

Is geotagging available and being captured when RM/RA submit activity?


Geotagging is not available in system as of now, this will be picked up in Playbook

What happens if RM/RA is working on night shift (10PM)?


The DSR entry is based on the activity date, that is, if an activity is submitted by 11PM for the day (20-Feb-24), it will be considered as
a DSR entry for 20-Feb-24 which will be used for auto-approval of attendance in SF based on channel criteria

What happens if DSR activity submitted as per criteria on a day where already a regularization request or leave request is
submitted in SF or the day falls as Holiday or Weekend?
Attendance won’t be marked for the day

Can RM/RA submit backdated DSR activity?


RM/RA won’t be able to submit backdated DSR activity in system. System only allows to submit activity for the current day.

What will be the attendance/regularization process for payroll?


The existing HR process on regularization will be followed, that is entries to be submitted from 21st of previous month till 20th of
current month and approved by 22nd of current month
