Adjust the pasition of the selvedge cutter vertically and horizontally according to the fabric. Make sure that pin 2 with bush 3 is located in the guide slot. Moving machine parts! Setting of pretension The pre-tension is set as low as possible by turning of spring tensioner 6. Loosen nut 7 slightly. G 6200____ Positioning of the selvedge cutter Horizontal setting Loosen screw 4 The selvedge cutter has to be positioned on the cylin der pin in such a way that weft ends protrude 2..3 mm from the selvedge. Tighten screw 4 Setting of cutter height and opening Open selvedge cutter fully. Loosen screw 4, Position the cutter so that the fabric runs into the utter with a 2 mm distance to the fixed blade. At the same time the distance between cutter blade lever 5 and precision pin has to be at least 0.5 mm. For this, screw 9 may possibly have to be loosened also.
