Contractor JV's Remarks

As per Approved BL Schedule in excel provided to the Client, RGF was supposed
to provide all the documenst to be approved B or A to prceed with work please
view the attached Site start work Certificate

Work on Line could not be started due to non-possession received

from Client. RGF has provided all the documenst in earlier Time of
Date (05.october) and as per section 2.2 in attached Site Start work

after RGf has received the Permit from Neom (14. November 23) and a
minimum Code B to start the Mobilze

we have include in our excel submitted and approved File and Note E, which is
saying Due to previous experinece in the same area and same month duration
we will face a big number of Standby due to bad weather and the proposed
time schedule could be extended around 60% from actual. Also check the
attached file for Fielwork & Bad weather
