submitting my detailed report/diary on internship, I find

INTRODUCTION
Internship are formal program designed to provide
practical experience in real world environment to
students. I Tanya khan, a student of third year pursuing
BALLB, Roll No: 2105170005, have interned under
ADVOCATE LALIT KUMAR RAGHAV, for the
academic year
2022-2023. Wherein I have been Dealing with criminal,
civil, matrimonial negotiable instrument act , moreover,
I
have learned the basics of civil court and its working,
under the guidance and supervision of ADVOCATE
LALIT KUMAR RAGHAV. I got associated with many
other senior advocates and got to see the functioning of
the court proceedings. My knowledge on procedural and
substantive law further enhanced by watching the court
proceedings.
Concerned ADVOCATE being specialised in the field
of civil and criminal law, through which I gaged more
knowledge into the respective field.
I helped sir in various cases and also wrote memoranda
and performed various research in the respective cases
allotted by sir.
By the virtue of this internship, I gaged more
knowledge in the fields of criminal and civil cases and
got to know the difference between them. Also, this
internship provided me exposure to multifarious people,
situation and work.
OBJECTIVES
The major objectives of my internship are: -
1.Gaged importance in civil and criminal cases
2.Self-inculcation in doing research and
providing supervision.
3.Got a chance to attend the proceedings held in
the court along with an opportunity to inter the
court before the judge.
4.I had attended a series of mediation and
arbitrations which ultimately piqued my
interest in other fields of law that is alternative
resolves.
5.I have also related the current cases with
previous judgements and got knowledge about
the same.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
1.SKILLED DEVELOPMENT: - through
internship programs I developed knowledge
in civil and criminal cases and various other
alternative resolves. Moreover, this helps me
in developing my reading, writing and
researching skills.
2.PERSONAL DEVELPOMENT:-
Internship under the concerned advocate was
quiet prolificated as he helped me in my
personal development by the ways like:- a.
Taking my supervision
b.Taught me the importance of court as well
as of law.
c. Teaching me how to be confident enough
before the court of law.
3. THIS INTERNSHIP ULTIMATELY

The last few days of my internship was quiet


interested as it consisted of writing various
agreements contracts, writes and leases. I also
got a chance to directly interact with couple of
clients, this helped me in developing my client
counselling techniques and understanding
people’s problem with their perspectives. I
also took court dates and did judgement
analysis of various cases of my advocate it
also included the research, writing and case
management of both new and existing cases.
CONCLUSION
In the nutshell I would like to conclude that,
interning under ADVOCATE LALIT
KUMAR RAGHAV helped me to gain
knowledge in fields of criminal and civil
cases and various other alternative resolve.
This was a great
learning experience fore me as it helped in
developing my skills as well as my personal
development. By the virtue of this internship, I
got an opportunity to deal with many cases
and attend the same before the court of law.
This taught me discipline also developed my
client counselling techniques by dealing
directly with the client. As an intern I
organised paper work and helped my attorney
arranged his documents and all of the
information’s and evidence he needed to bring
to the court room. I further studied the case
files and made points on it. Lots of occasions I
had to read previous judgements to relate with
the on-going cases.
