research study entitled " IMPACT OF TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ON
INSTRUCTIONAL METHODOLOGIES AND CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT " conducted by
researchers from Arellano University-ETEEAP Program.

The aim of this study is to explore the current landscape of teacher professional development
and its impact on instructional methodologies and classroom management. By understanding
