National Learning Camp Commitment Form

PLEDGE OF COMMITMENT I, _________________________________ of Punta

National High School, Punta, Dipolog City, commit myself to fervently support

the National Learning Camp, also known as, the NLC because it is part of my

social and community involvement. I also pledge to support the programs,

projects, and activities of the Department of Education as it strives to open

wider horizon for the achievement of quality education. I see this cause as an

opportunity to become strong and dynamic DepEd personnel for a better today

and a brighter tomorrow. Along with this intent of pouring my commitment, I

pledge to extend my time, effort, and resources in helping our school learners

to be at their best to overcome obstacles in attaining quality education. I, as

one in transpiring the dream of every Puntanian learner into action. Mabuhay

DepEd Matatag (Bansang Makabata, Batang Makabansa), God bless us all.
