After presenting the short video the teacher will ask insights about the
video presented.
Question:
1. Describe what you have just seen in the video?
2. What are the tips that he mentioned in the video to reduce stress?
3. Do you have any idea what is our topic for today?

-Are techniques that can be used to cope with harmful effects produced by
stress.
C. Lesson Proper
c.1 Activity
The teacher will divide the class into seven (7) groups.
The teacher will paste first the seven (7) different ways on how to manage
stress on the board.
Each group will guess of what ways to manage stress base on it’s
definition.
GROUP 6 - Interact with others Find people whom you can share your
and develop friendships feeling and interesting stories to be with,
in doing activities, offer help to, and a lot
more
GROUP 7 - Never hesitate to Keeping your worries and problems to
talk with parents and adults yourself will not help you manage stress.
It is best to find comfort and advice from
people who know you a lot parents,
relatives or even teachers.

Each group will provide sample of situation in which they can apply their
chosen ways to manage stress.
Each group will present their sample situation in class.
c.3 Abstraction
What are the seven (7) different ways to manage stress?
1. Use responsible decision - making skills.
2. Rest, Relax, and sleep well.
3. Stretch your bones and muscles.
4. Plan work it and plan again.
5. Write your experiences in a journal.
6. Interact with others and develop friendships.
7. Never hesitate to talk with parents and adults.
c.4 Application
The teacher will give a problem and the students will provide a solution.
1. What’s the most stressful situation you’re facing at school so far? How did
you handle it?
2. What advice would you give to calm down a classmate who’s stressed out
about the deadline of the project?

In your notebook, answer the following statement below. Write True if the
