SUBJECT + Attendance of Presidents of Registered Enplovees’ Asgociations/Unions to a Coneuitative Conference of Unions and Launching pf the Gawad Kalinga ‘The registered unions/associations and federations In goordination with the Civil Service Commission will hold a Consultative Conference and the launching of the Gawad Kalinga on July 17, 1996 from 8100 A.M. to 5100 P.M. in the Commission's Function “Room, 2nd Floor, Constitution Hills, Dilisan, Quezon City. The theme of the conference is "Building Partnerchip for Good and Honest Governance.” The Conference aims to elicit Ideas and suggestions from them on how they can build effective partnership with the government In attaining good and honest governance. Participants are Prasidents of ali registered employees’ acsociations/unions in the public sector. Each participant shall be charged F150.00 to defray conterence expenses. All heade of agenetes are hereby enjoined te autherize th attendance of Presidents of their respective employes’ Aseociations/unions to eaid Conference and launching on official business. Each participant is entitled to travelling and actual tranapertation expences and per dieme chargeable against agency funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and Chairman June 26, 1996 hedo bos/eva/meunion
