TUITION FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE:

Term Term Period Payment Deadline


Winter (J) From January to April December 1
Spring (M) From May to August April 1
Fall (S) From September to December August 1

There is a $250 late fee penalty if payment is made after any deadline date noted above. You must pay
your fees in full to be enrolled on your courses. You must be enrolled to get your class schedule.

This applies also to students enrolled in programs with co-op on Semester 4. To avoid paying the late
fee penalty, students waiting for co-op approval must pay the co-op fee of $900 by the deadline except
for students in M07, M09 and M10 who needs to pay an additional amount of $270 for the certification
preparation course. Otherwise, students must pay $2800 for Applied Industry Project course plus $270
if you have required certification preparation course in your program (total of $3,070).
HOW TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE AND MAKE A PAYMENT
STEP 1: Click on myLoyalist link (top right corner) at https://www.loyalistcollege.com/

and sign into your myLoyalist portal account:

STEP 2: From here click on your myApps to find your myFees:
STEP 3: Choose Student Invoice to determine your tuition and fees for the current Term (Winter 2023).
STEP 4: To see the payments and charges applied to your account, please select Account Summary. Please
make sure that you check the amount for the correct term.

Please note: Your TOTAL account balance is at the top of the Account
Summary page. The term balances do not reflect your actual balance owing.

STEP 5: To determine your outstanding balance on your tuition fee, subtract the Account Balance from the
Student Invoice. See the sample below.

STEP 6: Make a payment using one of the 2 methods of payment noted here.

1. Through Flywire:
➢ In Canada

2. Through Online Banking (Canadian Bank)
1. Login to your online banking account
2. Go to Pay Bills or Bill Payments
3. Add Payee – Search for Loyalist College – Belleville or Loyalist College
4. Add your student number as the account number (9 digits)

NOTE: Please be reminded that it takes up to 5 business days for your payment to be processed.
