In today’s world, many countries have experienced a great number of

young children being overweight and unhealthy. It is believed that the


government should take responsibility for solving this issue. In my point
of view, I partially agree with this statement by the following reasons
which will be outlined in this essay.

First of all, the government do have responsibility for this situation to an


extent. Children would not have space to play and exercise if the
government didn’t build up more public parks. In addition, they would
keep eating junk food until the governmment tax it heavily. A local
newspaper in China have shown that the major reason for overweight
Chinese children is consuming great amount of junk food. Obviously, a
far reaching consequence is that children is being unhealthy as they are
having a sedentary lifestyle and always binge eating.

However, not only the government who should be responsible for young
people’s unhealthy life but also their parents. Only parents can set some
strict rules to control their watching time limit and avoid binge-playing
video games. Moreover, adults are the one who can encourage their kids
to play out side their house by giving rewards such as candy or small
gifts. As a result, children would come outside more regularly to do
physical activities.

In short, government and parents both play an important role in


promoting a healthier life for adolescence. The government should pay
more attention to construct parks and spacious playground and also,
parents need to strictly control their children’s routine and encourage
them to go out more.
In today's world, there are a tremendous number of animals which have
been listed in red list and need protection. A number of people feel that
animal should not be used and exploited, and that the animal should have
the same rights as humans. However others argue that human must employ
animals to meet their needs of food and research.I will discuss both views in the
following essay, but in my opinion, animal can be used as a source of food however human should
also treat them properly.

On the one hand, it is undeniable that mankind needs animals to assist their important needs. Food
production is one of that, as people around the world survive by eating and absorbing nutritions from
animals. Animals such as fish and cows provide a rich amount of protein which help us to stay
energetic all day, as well they are rich in fat and some vital vitamins. In other way, they can be used in
scientific research as a sample to test new vaccine or a sample for breeding programe such as cloning.

On the one hand, a growing number of people believe that human kind do not have the rights to
exploit animals, as they are living creatures and they have their own lives. In other words, animals and
mankind share the same living abilities, such as respiration, excreation, reproduction… Animals also
have feelings, they can burst into tears if they are treated heavily. A reported case showed a dog had
been abandoned and he started to cry as he was finding his way back home. Human should not
become inhumane by treating other living creatures badly.

In short, it is undoubted that animals play an important role in assisting humans’ needs but animals
are also living creatures like us. Besides employing animals for our necessity we should also have to
treat them properly.
