Test Injections are performed after preparing the chromatographic system to equilibrate the system and column.
The SD of the Retention Time, %RSD of Area and Height demonstrates the readiness of the system to be qualified.

The SD for the Caffeine peak RT should be < or = 1.5 seconds, the %RSD for Area should be < or = 0.75% and
the %RSD for Height should be < or = 2.4%.
