Schedule of the workshops & tutorial sessions :

The number of poster panels per meeting room for Tuesday Sessions will be adapted according to needs.

Workshops & Tutorials Sessions - Main tasks :

• Each student volunteer will be in charge of 1 workshop/tutorial meeting room.
• You will be in charge of checking that everything needed in the meeting room is set-up and functionnal. We recommend to check 30 minutes before the
start of the session :
• Check set-up & Audiovisual material : a technician (1 for 2 meeting rooms) will be available if needed.
• To check : AV Material planned in the meeting room you are assigned + number of posters pannels planned each day + give the envelop including the 10
poster stickers.
• You will be the contact between the workshops/tutorials organisers and the logistical and audivisual support the the convention center.
• Once the sessions has started, you will stay in the meeting room and pass the micros if needed, or just deal with any unplanned issue or extra request.

Planning: please see attached your shifts schedule for the ICCV 2023 conference. We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your shift for a short briefing &
introduction of the team in the Welcome Area. If you have any issue on the D-Day, we kindly ask you to inform us asap, as we have to make sure all the logistical
tasks will be completed successfully.
