DATE : March 31, 2024

I. Reference:
a. Police Blotter Entry No. 2024 – 03 – 0777

II. On or about 11:10 o’clock in the evening of March 31, 2024, at Purok Uno, Barangay,
Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu City, one Shyka y Lego of legal age and resident of said
place was stabbed by his live-in partner identified as Rowni Songbi y Selim, 30 years
old, resident of Barangay Cabancalan, Mandaue City of said Province, temporarily
residing at said placewith the use of a kitchen knife

III. Initial investigation disclosed that suspect while under the influence of intoxicating
liquor, arrived home and with no apparent provocation stabbed the victim but missed.
Then and there, victim ran towards the nearby house of her relative indentified as
Meri Balyosness and asked for assistance and subsequently reported the incident to
Mandaue City Police Station I. Suspect went to the house of Meri Balyosness which
resulted to a heated argument between suspect and the daughter of Meri Balyosness
identified as Pretty Lalay. During their heated altercation, suspect punched then
hacked Pretty Lalay hitting on the right Hand resulting Pretty Lalay stumbled to the
ground unconsciously. Meri Balyosness, who saw the incident, took a bladed weapon
and stabbed Rowni Songbi several times. Pretty Lalay and Rowni Songbi were
brought by the responding PNP Team to Konoha Medical Center for medical
treatment while Meri Balyosness was arrested and subsequently detained at
Mandaue City Police Station detention cell pending filing of appropriate charges in
court.

III. On or about 7:10 o’clock in the evening of March 1, 2024 at Titan Road, Talacogon,
Lugait, Misamis Oriental, one Prescilla Apao, single, 25 years old, and a resident of
Dalipuga, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte was robbed and gun-pointed by the two
unknown armed men. According to the two witnesses, named John Dangin and Philip
Balonquit, both residents of Talacogon, Lugait, Misamis Oriental who were eating that
time of incident at a food park across the crime scene, stated that after the victim had
withdrawn a money from Landbank-ATM. She slowly walked towards her car while
counting the money she withdrawn. The two unknown suspects immediately ran
towards the victim and snatched the bag where the money is placed and the other
suspect pointed a gun in the head and frightened the victim. The suspect also frisked
the pockets of the victim and get key of the victim’s car and drove the fast in south
direction.

III. On or about 8:30 o’clock in the morning of April 1, 2024 at Misong Store, Mamarang
1, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, one Beautiful Tobol, single, 24 years old, and a
resident of Poblacion, Opol, Misamis Oriental, was robbed and by the unknown man.
According to the two witnesses, named Chika Lawsi and Rons Wapulos, both
residents of Poblacion, Opol, Misamis Oriental who were eating at Cutie Lalay Eatery
inside the crime scene, stated that after the victim had paid and the victim went
outside from mentioned eatery then slowly walked towards exit. The unknown suspect
immediately ran to the north direction.

DATE : January 1, 2024

I. Reference:

a. Police Blotter Entry No. 2024 – 04 – 0780

II. January 1, 2024 / 9:30 pm / Pagahan, Initao, Misamis Oriental

III. On or about January 1, 2024 around 9:30 PM, a shooting incident transpired in front
of Purok 8a, Covered Court located in Pagahan, Initao, Misamis Oriental. The victim
was identified as one Haroldness Bonggolto, Poblacion Initao, 21 years old, single, a
college student of Initao College of Jampason Initao and a resident of Andales, Initao,
Misamis Oriental. Initial investigation revealed that the victim was walking along the
national highway when a lone unidentified gunman aboard a Honda Beat 110, color
red of unknown plate number suddenly stopped and shot the victim four times in the
torso. The unidentified suspect fled northward towards Jurisdiction, Pagahan Initao
thereafter. The victim Haroldness Bonggolto, Poblacion Initao, who sustained multiple
gunshot wounds was rushed to Initao Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.

II. December 1, 2023 / 1:30 pm / Purok 8, San Pedro, Initao, Misamis Oriental

III. On or about 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon of December 1, 2023 along the
National Highway located at Purok 8, San Pedro, Initao, Misamis Oriental. Initial
investigation was conducted by the elements of this station revealed that on above-
mentioned time, place and date, while Honda XRM 125cc black and white
combination bearing plate no. 475IO registered under the name of Clyde Songbi,
driven by one Kent Sabas y Liog, 31 years old, married, a habal-habal driver and a
residence of Brgy. Alona, Initao, Misamis Oriental holder of Non-professional driver’s
license no. GO3-11-002306 expires on 2022-12-07, with back rider Georgililat Wilson,
of Brgy. San Pedro, Initao, Misamis Oriental was running heading towards Brgy. San
Pedro this municipality accidentally bumped to the left side mirror of Isuzu Canter
Crum truck, color green bearing plate no. GTR201, registered under the name of
Cutie Lalay, Poblacion, Naawan, Misamis Oriental driven by Kentoy Sasa y Bass, 36
years old, married, Delivery truck driver and a residence of Libertad, Misamis
Oriental. time not carried driver license, traversing in opposite direction (from Brgy.
San Perio headed to Brgy. Poblacion this municipality). The driver and the back rider
sustained injuries at different parts of body and were rushed to a hospital in Initao
Hospital for medical treatment while the driver of delivery truck un sidesaid motorcycle
were brought to this office for documentation and, for proper disposition. The driver
and the back rider of said motorcycle were not wearing crash helmet. Any
development, progress report will follow.

II. May 1, 2023 / 9:00 pm / Purok-13,Poblacio, Initao, Misamis Oriental

III. On May 1, 2023 at around 9 o'clock in the evening, a shooting incident transpired at
Purok-13, Poblacion, Initao, Misamis Oriental. The victim was identified as Melat
Muho, 25 years old, married, and a resident of Purok-13, Poblacion Initao was shot
dead by the suspect Sana Olz, 26 years old, single, a resident of the same place.
According to the testimonies of residents on the said place, Muho have a drinking
session with Olz until they have an argument which results to the incident. The victim
was shot by a caliber 45 pistol on his head which results to the death of the victim.
The victim was immediately rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival by
the attending physician to treat. The suspect was voluntarily surrendered to officer
who responded the incident and a homicide case was submitted for the prosecution of
the suspect.

III. Upon receipt PNP personnel from this station led by Pat Philip Balonquit together with
PCpl Tristan P. Andaya, duty investigators immediately proceeded to the area to verify
the veracity of said report. Investigation revealed that victim Prescilla Pretty Pepino,
20 years old, female, single, student and still studying at Initao College, resident of
Purok-1B, Brgy. Latvee, Pagahan was rape one (1) time resulting to his untimely
death by known Georgell Secret, 30 years old, single, student and classmate the
victim, resident of Purok-2, Brgy. Sto. Lilat, Pagahan. Both had student and
schoolmate. Initial investigation disclosed that, Cutie Johnson saw commotions inside
of house he saw the suspect hashing the victim like an animal, while the victim lying
on the ground, lifeless and covered her body with blood. The suspect hides the victim
in the garden with many grasses.

1. On the evening of Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at approximately 8:36 PM, a robbery occurred at Ani’s
store located in Zone 5, Tubigan, Initao, Misamis Oriental. Wherein victim name Ani Sacabin a
25-year-old, business owner of Ani store. The perpetrator, identified as Ronie, a 28-year-
old,married,tricyle driver a resident of Brgy. Tubigan, was witnessed by another resident of the
same place. Kent a 20-year-old,vendor, breaking the store’s window with a hammer to gain entry.

2. The incident took place during a rainy night, which may have contributed to decreased visibility
and facilitated the executed of the crime.

3. Kent, also a resident of Tubigan, provided crucial eyewitness testimony regarding toe robbery,
identifying Ronie as the perpetrator.

4. Following thorough investigation and evidence collection, Ronie was apprehended and
subsequently found guilty of the robbery.

I. REFERENCE:
a. Telephone call from a concerned citizen received by Jessy Taño, Pat, Police Station
Libertad of Libertad, Misamis Oriental.

II. April 2, 2024 / 9:08 pm / Barangay Kalalat, Libertad, Misamis Oriental

III. Shooting Incident in a certain Bar in Barangay Kalalat, Libertad, Misamis Oriental. On
April 2, 2024 at about 11:30 in the evening in Bistro Bar Restaurant located in Templora
Street, Barangay Kalalat, Libertad, Misamis Oriental. Arrested Suspects: Carla Galarpe,
30, Male, Single, Factory Worker, 34 Mahabang Hair Street, Palasan Cagayan de Oro
City. Vanie Miller, 29, Male, Single, Factory Worker, 56 Mahabang Hair Street, Palasan,
Cagayan de Oro City. Victim, Manti Anac, 25 years old, Single, Full time Model in Ukay-
ukay, and a resident of Bgy Lipot, Cagayan de Oro City. Initial investigation revealed that
while the victim, Manti Anac, together with his friends were having a drinking spree at
Bistro Bar located at Kalalat Libertad was shot at closed range by a gunwoman, Carla
Galarpe, using unknown firearm. After the incident the Galarpe together with his arrested
companion immediately fled toward Barangay Gitagum, Misamis Oriental direction using
Aerox Matte Blue and Orange in color without plate number as his get-away vehicle.
Victim who sustained one gunshot wound at the back of his head was immediately
brought to the nearest hospital but was pronounced Dead on Arrival. Cadaver of the
victim is now laying at Anro Funeral. The team of PNP personnel of this office filed a
murder case against the suspects and are now detained at Davao City Jail.

III. On or about 1500-H, 3rd day of June, 2024 inside the barracks of MZB company at
Jampason, initao. The two workers Mr. marlon lastrella and Mr. Ruel defamente have
a misunderstanding That resulted to a stabbing incident prior to this Mr. marlon
lastrella punched to Mr. Ruel defamente while Mr. de famente stabbed it to Mr.
lastrella the victim was brought the nearest Hospital For medication. The police
station nearby notify the incident, after 30 minutes The police investigator arrived and
the suspect was turn over with this report
