Command Keyboard Icon Uses/Function


Shortcut
Undo Ctrl + Z To Undo previous typing
Redo/Repeat Ctrl + Y Redo previous actions.
Add content on the clipboard to your
Paste CTRL + V document
Put a copy of the selection on the Clipboard
Copy CTRL + C
so you can paste it somewhere else
Remove a the selection and put it on the
Cut CTRL + X Clipboard so you can paste it somewhere
else.
Applying the desired format of a selection to
Format Painter Ctrl + Shift + C
other content of the document.
Font/Font style Ctrl + Shift + F To pick a desired style of the font.

Font size Ctrl + Shift + P Change the size of the text.


Increase Font Size Ctrl+ Shift + > Make your text a bit bigger.
Decrease Font Size Ctrl+ Shift + < Make your text a bit smaller
Change the selected text to uppercase,

crisp edges, so it looks more polished.
Choose how much space appears between
lines of text or between paragraphs.
