Command Keyboard Icon Uses/Function
Shortcut Undo Ctrl + Z To Undo previous typing Redo/Repeat Ctrl + Y Redo previous actions. Font size Ctrl + Shift + P Change the size of the text.

Right Align Ctrl +R Right alignment is used for small sections of content, such as text in a header or footer. Distribute your text evenly between the margins. Justify Ctrl + J Justified text gives your document clean, crisp edges, so it looks more polished. Choose how much space appears between lines of text or between paragraphs. Line and Paragraph None To apply the same spacing to your whole Spacing document use the Paragraph Spacing option on the Design Tab. Change the color behind the selected text, paragraph or table cell. Shading None This especially useful when you want information to jump of the page. Add or remove borders from your selection.
