ADNOC Classification: Need-To-Know

ADNOC SUPPLIER DECLARATION

On behalf of _____________________________________________ (the “Supplier”), I hereby certify


and declare that:

(i) The information / documentation provided by the Supplier is accurate and complete in all respects.

(ii) I authorize ADNOC Group to undertake any verification exercise it sees fit from the issuing parties or
otherwise.

(iii) The Supplier and its personnel will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

(iv) When acting for the ADNOC Group the Supplier and its personnel will comply with the ADNOC Group
Supplier & Partner Code of Ethics as updated from time to time and available online at www.adnoc.ae.

(v) The Supplier undertakes to inform ADNOC Group in the event that there are any changes in its
ownership / legal status.

(vi) Where necessary, the Supplier shall regularly update its profile on the Registration & Pre-Qualification
portal and renew any relevant documentation on or before expiry, as applicable.

(vii) I understand that ADNOC Group will rely on the above information in determining whether to enter into
any contractual agreement or business arrangement with the Supplier and any false or misleading
information provided by the Supplier will be grounds for the immediate termination of any relationship
or agreement between ADNOC Group and the Supplier.

(viii) The Supplier acknowledges that submission and outcome of this declaration does not bind ADNOC
Group to invite the Supplier for any tender.

(ix) The content of this declaration has not been altered.

NOTE: Please attach valid power of attorney (POA) / official authorization evidencing that the signatory has the relevant signing
authority along with signatory specimen signature. Suppliers located outside the United Arab Emirates may provide authorisation
on company’s letterhead along with specimen signature.
