Neurons

1. Cow nerve

The cow nerve functions alike to humans, it encodes,

processes, stores, and transmits information.

1.Columnar Epithelium

Secretion, excretion, and absorption are the primary functions
of the simple columnar epithelium. Ciliated simple columnar
epithelium cells can be found in the bronchi of lungs, uterine
tubes, uterus, and a portion of the spinal cord. By the
movement of cilia, these epithelia can move mucus or other
substances.

2. Simple Squamous Epithelium

4.Cuboidal Epithelium

A squamous epithelial cell looks flat under a microscope. A

cuboidal epithelial cell looks close to a square. A columnar
epithelial cell looks like a column or a tall rectangle. A few
epithelial layers are constructed from cells that are said to have
a transitional shape

The cells found in this epithelium type are flat and thin, making
simple squamous epithelium ideal for lining areas where
passive diffusion of gases occur. Areas where it can be found
include: skin, capillary walls, glomeruli, pericardial lining,
pleural lining, peritoneal cavity lining, and alveolar lining.

3.Transitional Epithelium

The primary function of transitional epithelium is to enable

tissue to contract and expand. For example, the inner walls of
the urinary bladder are lined with transitional epithelium, a
tissue which enables the bladder to enlarge when the bladder
is filled with urine.

2. Human bone

Bone provides shape and support for the body, as well as

protection for some organs. Bone also serves as a storage site
for minerals and provides the medium—marrow—for the
development and storage of blood cells.

4. Elastic Cartilage

Elastic cartilage is your most flexible cartilage. It supports parts

of your body that need to bend and move to function. Elastic
cartilage can bounce back to its original shape, even after a
strong force. Your ear is made of elastic cartilage.

Muscles Tissues

1.Cardiac Muscle

Cardiac muscle, like skeletal muscle, is made up of

sarcomeres that allow for contractility. However, unlike skeletal
muscle, cardiac muscle is under involuntary control. The
cardiac muscle is responsible for the contractility of the heart
and, therefore, the pumping action.

activities. They play an essential role in respiratory mechanics
and help maintain posture and balance. They also protect the
vital organs in the body.

4. Human Tendon

A tendon is a cord of strong, flexible tissue, similar to a rope.

Tendons connect your muscles to your bones. Tendons let us
move our limbs. They also help prevent muscle injury by
absorbing some of the impact your muscles take when you run,
jump or do other movements.

5. Smooth Muscle

Smooth muscle is present throughout the body, where it serves

a variety of functions. It is in the stomach and intestines, where
it helps with digestion and nutrient collection. It exists
throughout the urinary system, where it functions to help rid the
body of toxins and works in electrolyte balance.
