Subject: Solar Option for 430 Beverly Dr, Wilmette, IL 60091

Dear Mr. Rosenthal :

I am pleased to make this offer to you to install a solar photovoltaic system

on the property located at 430 Beverly Dr, Wilmette, IL 60091.

The proposed solar system will be sized at 9.45-kWp and will be a roof
mounted system to be installed on the roof of the building.

This system will be installed using the latest technology that will be
determined at the time of installation but as presented in this proposal, will
include 21 (450-W) monocrystalline panels, 21 microinverters, and
appropriate roof mounting systems.

Accordingly, it is expected that the solar plant will produce approximately

11,464 kWh of energy at a 0.05% degradation annually. This energy will be
supplied directly to your home and will be used to offset the electricity
demand that you use annually. The interconnection with the Utility, ComEd,
will be done through the standard interconnection/NetMetering agreement
with the utility. At the approximate utility rate of $0.131/kWh the solar plant
will produce an energy savings to the tune of $1,502 annually, as depicted
in the attached Cashflow analysis.

In addition to the energy savings, described above, there are several

incentives, federal and statewide, that are made available for installed solar
systems. These include the federal investment tax credit of $8,277 and the
sale of solar renewable energy credits (SREC) in the sum of $14,018.
Accordingly, the total incentive for the solar plant is estimated to be in the
range of $22,295.

It should be noted that all these incentives are guaranteed and are
supported by state and federal legislations. They are all proven and tried

incentives, developed by the Government to encourage the installation of
green technology across the State of Illinois.

At the current rate of raw material and labor, it is estimated that the plant
will be installed at a total cost of $27,589. This is a lump sum cost and is valid
for 30 days from the date of this offer. This price includes material, utility
interconnection costs, labor, and all system commissioning costs.

The attached Term and Conditions is used to outline our installation

program. If you find this proposal useful and would like to lock the pricing,
please sign and return this agreement by November 3, 2022.

It is our pleasure to make this offer to you as you seek to move your
organization towards a green future and take advantage of the available
incentives within the state of Illinois.

Please contact WCP Solar at 630-ENG-BITZ (364-2489) for any clarifications

that you may need in respect of this offer or email me at
