IN HOMEROOM GUIDANCE

I. INTRODUCTION

Homeroom Guidance program provides a lifelong learning for the

pupils. Through this, the learners will foster positive disposition in life and
will become a holistically developed citizen.

A. VISION
To produce holistically developed Filipinos who are able to achieve
academic success, demonstrate healthy behavior, exemplify positive
disposition and systematically plan their future. It shall produce learners
who can work for common good of society while upholding the international
standards.
B. MISSION
Homeroom Guidance is dedicated to address the academic,
personal/social and career development needs of the learners in a
developmental, comprehensive and proactive manner.
C. OBJECTIVES
To develop learner’s personality through an understanding of
self and environment.
D. GOAL
Create holistically developed Filipinos
E. PHILOSOPHY
Believes that every learner is unique and has the ability to
develop him/herself using his or her own learning and experiences from
family, community, school and society. This shall be realized through the
collaborative, government, and other institutions.

II.STATUS OF THE TEACHER

There are thirty four (37) teachers teaching in Homeroom Guidance in our
school.

III. OUTSTANDING ACCOMPLISHMENT

 Participated in Capacity-Building of Regional and Division Guidance
Counselors/Designates/In-Charge of Homeroom Guidance
  Initiated orientation of Homeroom Guidance to
teachers/parents/learners
 Attended Division Meeting on Homeroom Guidance
 Initiated the use of the monitoring tools for learners and teachers
 Submitted quarterly reports in Homeroom Guidance
