At Real Space, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices in all our
operations. We recognize our responsibility to protect the environment, safeguard the health and well-being of our employees, clients,
contractors, and the communities in which we operate. To fulfill this commitment, we pledge to:
1. Compliance:
- Comply with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement to exceed regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
2. Risk Management:
- Identify and assess environmental, health, and safety risks associated with our activities.
- Implement effective controls and mitigation measures to minimize risks to an acceptable level.
- Provide comprehensive training to all employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders on EHS policies, procedures, and safe work
practices.
- Foster a culture of awareness, accountability, and empowerment to promote active participation in EHS initiatives.
4. Pollution Prevention:
- Strive to prevent pollution by minimizing waste generation, conserving resources, and implementing sustainable practices throughout
our operations.
- Promote the efficient use of energy and water resources to reduce our environmental footprint.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and contractors.
- Identify and control workplace hazards through risk assessments, hazard controls, and regular safety inspections.
- Provide appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper use.
- Encourage reporting of near misses, incidents, and hazards to facilitate timely corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans to effectively address environmental, health, and safety emergencies.
- Conduct regular drills and training exercises to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.
- Collaborate with emergency response agencies and local communities to coordinate effective emergency response efforts.
- Foster open and transparent communication with employees, contractors, clients, regulatory agencies, and the public regarding EHS
matters.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability for EHS performance at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate EHS performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular audits.
- Continuously improve EHS performance through systematic review, feedback, and corrective action processes.
