THIS IS A LIST OF ALL CURRENT FAA APPROVED AND NON-FAA APPROVED TEMPORARY
CHANGES (Section VII, Advisory Information, is not FAA approved).

The following list of temporary changes must be incorporated into this basic FAA Approved Airplane
Flight Manual until the removal instructions have been complied with.

Insert this page opposite the Log of Effective Pages in the front of this basic FAA Approved Airplane
Flight Manual.

A bar located in the margin on the left side of the page, adjacent to the list, will extend the full length
of any change. No change bar will be used in the footer(s) or elsewhere. The date in the footer(s)
reflects only the issue date of the most recent temporary change(s) listed on that page.

NOTE
Some of the FAA Approved Temporary Changes issued against this FAA Approved
Airplane Flight Manual have approval signatures on the individual Temporary Change
pages and some do not. This list page reflects all current FAA Approved Temporary
Changes, those with and without an individual approval signature. In the future, each
FAA Approved Temporary Change will contain an individual approval signature.
