13) Fresh Application :
A college which is affiliation to the board for senior
secondary classes, shall apply afresh for affiliation under the
name of a new school. The boards any allow this on such terms
and conditions as approved by the chairman.
14) Resources and their Utilization
The institution must have sufficient resources to
maintain and run the institution efficiently. The entire income
from the institution shall be utilised only for the welfare of the
Students, teachers and the institution. Students fund will be
kept in a separate account and utilized by the Principal for the
Purpose for which they are collected. The board can inspect th
account of the institution from time to time. :
