We’ll let you know when to unmute yourself to participate in any discussions • Remember to join your sessions a few minutes early to avoid missing out on any information • If you need to quickly step away from the session, you can turn your video on and off. You’re encouraged to keep the video option on as much as possible • Check the staging of your video area, remember that people will be able to see you and your surroundings! • Your video quality will be improved with more lighting • Try to look into the camera throughout the session and when speaking to your colleagues • Make sure to fit in a Zoom test-run ahead of your first session, just to check you’re familiar with how to open a Zoom meeting and know how to activate your audio and video settings.
