Dear Mr Maneesh,

Thanks for your interest in our services.

As per our telephone conversation, we have found you are very much eligible for Canadian
Immigration.
Please read the below content for more information on the same:

Canadian Immigration is a three-step process:

 Education Assessment
 Profile Submission
 Visa Application

 Education Assessment:

This is an assessment of your educational credentials done by a government-appointed

authority in Canada. This assessment is done to compare your education to Canadian education
and check the equivalency. This assessment is done purely on the basis of document submission;
it does not involve any technical tests or interviews.
We will submit this application on your behalf and provide complete guidance on the
preparation of documents for the same. Below listed are some of the important documents:

1)Photocopies of educational documents

2)Photocopies of higher educational mark sheets/transcripts will need to be sent from the
university to the Canadian authorities directly (as per the specific instructions received from
Canadian authorities after submission of your application).

This assessment takes a time period of approximately 40-60 days.

Upon receipt of the Education Assessment Report, we can go to the next step.

 Profile Submission:

After receiving the Education Assessment Report, your profile is prepared and submitted to the
Canadian Immigration Authorities. At this point, you will need to meet their point criteria of 67
points. Please find your points calculation below:

Age (29): 12 points

Education (Bachelor’s Degree): 21 points
Work Experience (max 6 years): 15 points
Spouse IELTS: 5 points
IELTS (General): 14(You must score at least L:6,R:6,S:6,W:6)
Important Documents required to prepare and submit profile:

1)Educational documents (from secondary school onwards)

2)Work experience certificates with job duties on company letterhead with Job duties.

3)Salary Proof -Pay slips / Bank Statement

4)CV

5)IELTS (General)

(We will provide sample duties and certificates of successful cases for your guidance. You will
need to prepare drafts as per these samples and send them to us for review. We will provide
specific advice on the changes/editing required)

Visa Application:
Once the above requirements are completed, we shall then submit the Express Entry online
application on your behalf to the Canadian government. Upon successful submission, you will be
issued a file number from the Canadian government along with the CRS (Comprehensive
Ranking System) scores, a copy of which will be provided to you. The Case Manager would take
approximately 24 to 48 hours to review and submit your application.
Once the Express Entry online application is submitted, we shall await the Invitation to Apply
(ITA) from the Canadian government. This will be based on your CRS ranking in the Express
Entry pool. We strongly advise you and your spouse to try and obtain a maximum score in the
General IELTS test as this can add greater value to your CRS ranking.
After your profile is selected and issued an Invitation to Apply for Visa by Canadian Immigration
Authorities, the visa application is made. They will check if your documents are matching the
points claimed.

Registration with Canadian Government Job Bank:

At this point, we shall also assist you in registering with the Canadian government Job Bank to
assist you with finding a job in Canada. Note that not everyone can create a profile on the
Canadian government job bank website and only a Canadian citizen, PR holder, or an applicant
who has an application for PR in the process can create a profile here. Hence based on your
Express Entry application and the file number, we shall create a job bank profile and shall
provide you with the login details for you to apply for suitable jobs in Canada.
Apply For Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP):
Once your Express Entry application is lodged, we shall also monitor the PNP programs and
shall keep you informed should there be any program open where you meet the minimum
requirements and eligibility criteria. After your profile has been submitted to the Express Entry
Pool, you will be awarded a CRS score out of 1200 based on your profile. We can apply for any of
the Provincial Nominee programs suitable for you and if you are nominated you will be awarded
additional 600 CRS points for Provincial Nomination. Should you wish to proceed with this, we
shall also submit your application to the provincial government.
At this stage, you will be expected to submit medicals, police clearance (Police Clearance
Certificate from each city you have resided in for more than six months continuously in the past)
& a bank account statement with approximately 12,000 CAD (depending upon the number of
family members) in your bank account.

Get An Invitation To Apply (ITA)

Once your application is approved, you will receive an Invitation to Apply. Then your Case
manager shall provide you with the detailed document checklist and applicable application
forms and shall be advising you and work with you to gather all required documents and
information. Note that these requirements should be furnished within 90 days of receiving the
ITA.

Upon receiving a satisfactory result of the medical and police clearance, the visa officer will
issue your Permanent Resident visa.

Please note that Canadian Immigration under the Express Entry process is a selection-based
program. If your profile is selected by the Canadian Immigration Authorities, you will be issued
an Invitation to Apply for Permanent Residence Visa. The selection is based completely on the
CRS ranking of your profile. The better ranking you have, the better your chances will be to
receive the selection.

To increase your ranking and chances for selection, below are the viable options:

Improve your IELTS score to the below:

Listening – 8, Reading – 7, Speaking – 7 & writing -7

Permeant Residence: In 5 years you need to complete 2 Years in Canada then only they will
renew the PR for the next 5 years.
